LEOPARD AND ROSES RAIN BOOTS
Today I decided my plain old wellies needed some sprucing up. I love restyling old items into something new. It feels like I went shopping, but alot cheaper. This little project didn't cost me a thing.
The lace is from one of those plastic tablecloths, and the fabric is from a fat quarter I had in my craft room. All I did was fray check the roses really well, glued them on with E 6000 glue . After everything was dry I used some spray that you waterproof tents with, and applied two generous coats. The boot bling is a rosary from a ancient cake decorating kit sprayed gold and glued on.
Let it rain, I'm ready for spring!!!!

BIRDCAGE CHANDELIER
Today I was feeling a bit under the weather, but I still felt the need to accomplish a little somethin' somethin'.I really wanted a little chandelier for my car.I made one using little trinkets from my hoarding stash/ craft room.
The chandy arms are made from 3 metal ornament hangers glued onto a tealight using e6000 glue.I then built it up from there. The candles are from a really old confirmation cake top, and all the beads were wired on from an old broken bracelet. The beads are faceted aurora borealis glass beads. You can't see the detail, but they sparkle like nobody's business.
It measures 6 x 4 inches, and the tea light has it's own timer that automatically comes on for 4 hours each night.
While it was drying I started playing with it. It looks sooo darn cute hanging in my birdcage, and also from the chain on my ceiling fan....Oh lordy I may have to make a couple more!!!
THE QUEEN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING AN AUDIENCE
Today I found a old piece of wood in the corner of the garage that just screamed "make me into a sign." I need a sign for the Shasta camper, and seeing all my brushes were already dirty from the buffet project.....well need I say more? lol
I found this really cute sign similar to this for sale on the internet for $70.00 plus shipping of course....why that would be the easy way out, plus I'm just too darn cheap!
I used Elmers glue for the crackle medium , and decoupaged some wallpaper roses .The writing is done with metallic Sharpies....my new addiction!

HONEY BEAR REDO
I'm repurposing a sweet Honey Bear for my sweetheart. Putting this on the table with his "beary special'candle lit meal which includes homemade heart shaped biscuits and honey.
The best thing is I can reuse it again for my biscuits on Easter. Maybe I'll add a couple paper ears for a honey bunny!!!
